PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The DHLCE-S series three section electric lifting column is a high-performance product upgraded and optimized based on the DHLCE series. The shell is made of high-quality alumina alloy material, and the surface is treated with anodizing, which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and weather resistance. The protection level reaches IP54, taking into account basic dust and waterproof requirements. The upper and lower installation covers are made of 10mm thick aluminum plates and adopt an innovative three section sleeve lifting structure to achieve simultaneous lifting and lowering of double-layer aluminum tubes. The stroke covers 300mm to 1200mm (supporting non-standard customization), and the operation is smooth and low-noise, with a noise level as low as 30dB. The core drive system is equipped with a DC24~30V wide voltage Hall encoder motor with a maximum power of 120W. In terms of intelligent control, the Hall encoder motor is linked with a high-precision sensor to achieve synchronous operation of multiple lifting columns to precise positioning within an error of ±3mm, and support the setting of any point in the stroke.
