PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The IPS-S3 Series High Power Motor Controller / Linear Actuator Controller is a professional heavy‑duty driver designed for DC linear actuators, electric push rods, and high‑power motorized lifting systems. It integrates photoelectric signal processing, RF reception, manual button control, NPN sensor feedback, obstacle protection, obstacle rebound, overcurrent protection, soft start, voltage adjustment, and automatic control functions. Supporting a 10–30V wide voltage input and up to 20A high current output, the IPS-S3 Series is compatible with all mainstream high-power DC linear actuators and can connect to NPN sensors, limit switches, photoelectric devices, and external buttons for position feedback, limit control, and automated operation.
The controller is equipped with six physical keys: F1, F2, F3, ▲, ▼, RF Pair. The ▲ / ▼ keys directly control the forward and reverse movement of the connected linear actuator.

The IPS-S3 MAX 20A controller supports both 12V and 24V operation, delivering reliable performance for high-demand applications like linear actuators and lifting columns.
20A continuous current for robust operation
With a continuous current rating of 20A, this controller ensures stable power delivery and efficient performance under heavy loads, ideal for industrial and mechanical systems.
Brush commutation with fully enclosed protection
Featuring brush commutation and a totally enclosed design, the motor resists dust and moisture, enhancing durability and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Supports forward and reverse rotation control
Designed for forward and reverse rotation, the IPS-S3 MAX enables bidirectional movement, making it perfect for precise control in lifting columns and linear actuator applications.
Multiple control options for flexible integration
Offers versatile control methods including button, foot, hand, photoelectric, and magnetic switch options, allowing seamless integration into various automation setups.
Main Functions
1. Controller button control: Press the ▲ button to up and the ▼ button to down. If not correct, please switch to connecting the motor cable.
2. RF433 remote control: It can be adapted to the RF433 remote control (with three buttons for forward, pause, and backward), and one controller can be equipped with 8 remote controls. (Provide 1 remote control by default)
3. Infrared remote control: Each infrared remote control can be controlled
4. Manual controller: optional with 2.5 meter manual controller for control (press move)/optional with foot controller for control (press move)
5. WIFI control: You can use the L button to connect 2.4G WIFI for lifting control. (First time adapting to WIFI, please approach the router)
6. Button control: Can be controlled using industrial button switches
7. Current limiting control: Set the maximum current of the controller through the F1 button. When the motor exceeds the current, the motor will stop
