As Muslims we preach more than we practice, I have observed this that all the teachings of Islam are just not euphonious they are more pleasant in implementing on day to day affairs in particular and life in general. We claim to be pious because offering prayers5 times a day is all that piety means to us.
The basic quality of a Muslim is tolerance, patience, respecting rights of another, decently accepting the difference of opinion and thus stops making another's life onerous. In a contrast what we do is make another's life a living hell and a lot of plotting is done in making it possible. We zerg the individual around, treat him like a noob, nerf his self esteem and all that and a lot more is a feather on the cap for us, all this just because we cant surrender to another's goodness let alone be keeping the foundation stone of doing some good deeds ourselves.
We base our ideas on assumptions. Lets just take an example of a typical family setup of the middle class family today, we bring another's daughter in a caravan with roses and petals, under the holy quran making God our witness, but what do we do to her is astonishing and flabbergasting . we blame her for everything that goes wrong in the house, she's answerable in the court of justice for all injustice that we are doing to her, she's applauded for nothing good and she is not allowed to clarify her position because if she does that, she is a clever shrewd tongue blabber who doesn't have respect for what elders say. Why do we than claim her to be part of family, she's lesser than a servant when its to all other rights she should enjoy but when it comes to her doing things for others in the house, well, that's what she is required to do because she is family. We treat her like an eavesdropping traitor always suspicious of al that's she's doing.
Our society is now so full of hypocrites that' this tale is every house tale now .This is what our system has turned into which in turn is driving an individual villainous kurg.
Every second couple is either going through the sirocco of divorcing each other or either living a nadir life alone leaving families, or living all together in a family and going through ridicule everyday.
Happiness seems to be a virtual unmitigated reality today can't seem to get that through anything. The reason being our traitor souls our liar tongues which is full of brambles and our bad intentions.
All that we need to learn today is live and let live which is not just a channel slogan but a reality that seems virtual. I'm sure in inking and thinking this all doesn't make me a dissenter here but than why does it seem so lonely here. Let's emulate each other in being better individual and Muslims just not on the periphery but in real our phlegmatic nature would take us nowhere and cannot alter what's impending and that's our belief as Muslims so lets get-to-gather and work for a utopian nation because there is nothing that's impossible.
